Project Management

Our experience of delivering complex business projects is vast and varied and can be applied to any organisation or type of project.  You may require assistance due to a peak in workload or you may have a major change project that requires design and/or implementation.  We can assist in all areas from reorganisation to strategy review.

We have experience using various project tools but the key is to understand the business goals and actually implement change. We avoid “tick the box” systems.  Few organisations give sufficient thought as to what is measured and what is not.  We have found that Key Performance Indicators will drive behaviours but not necessarily in the desired way unless well thought through and balanced.

We try to introduce a sense of urgency into projects.  Once momentum on any project slows it is difficult to re-gain the pace and we prefer to keep steady progress towards interim targets.
